Animal License

Registering your beloved cats and dogs with the City of Adrian is simple! Please remember that an up-to-date rabies vaccination is required for registration, and licenses are valid for one year, renewing annually on January 1st. ¹ Licenses become delinquent if not renewed by March 1st, at which point the fees increase by 50%.

The annual registration fees are:

• Before March 1st:
  • Spayed/Neutered Pets: $5.00
  • Unaltered Males: $7.50
  • Unaltered Females: $10.00
• Starting March 1st (Delinquent Fees - 50% Increase):
  • Spayed/Neutered Pets: $7.50
  • Unaltered Males: $11.25
  • Unaltered Females: $15.00
